Faculty submit final grades through MavLINK during the designated grading window each term.

Current Semester Grading

Grades are submitted online through MavLINK during the grading windows.

Import Grades from Canvas

If you maintain grades in Canvas, you can import them into MavLINK.

View Grading Windows



Need to Change a Grade for a Past Semester?

If you need to update a grade after the grading window has closed, submit a Change of Grade form.
The instructor will complete a Change of Grade form online in MavLINK if the course was completed within the last five years.

If the course is older than five years, contact the Office of the University Registrar for assistance with a grade change.
