Alie Saenz, a junior political science major, is one of the many students who staff the help desks and kiosks known as MavIGATION Stations across campus to lend a helping hand to students, faculty, and staff as they navigate university life.
"What motivates me mostly is basically the people that come up to the desk," Saenz said. "They need the help or they have a question that they need answered, and that’s what my job is."
