There are several ways to reserve rooms on campus:
- Officers of registered student organizations may contact the reservations office directly. You must be an officer of registered student organizations.
- Community members or students planning a class project are asked to contact the Reservations office directly.
- Faculty and/or staff are able to request rooms in the Student Center and various other buildings on campus.
- Once your web user account has been activated, you'll have the freedom to reserve rooms that best suit your needs.
Online Scheduling for Rooms:
Student Center (Ballroom, Nebraska Room, Aksarben Room and Second & Third Floor Meeting Rooms)
Various Public Spaces on Campus (Pep Bowl, Information Tables in Academic Buildings, etc.)
Your reservation request or catering order is not guaranteed until you have received confirmation from the Catering or Reservations Offices.
