There are several ways to reserve rooms on campus:
- All registered student organizations must use Presence for space reservations.
- Anyone else looking to book space can reach out to our office directly.
The University has contracted caterers for each of its buildings on campus.
Milo Bail Student Center has an exclusive caterer for its facility. Outside food is not permitted in the building unless it is for personal consumption. For further guidance see the following:
Your reservation request or catering order is not guaranteed until you have received confirmation from both the Catering and Reservations Offices.
