There are several ways to reserve rooms on campus:
- Faculty and/or staff may either contact the reservations office directly or request a Virtual Event Management System (EMS) account. When a Virtual EMS Account is approved by the Web Administrator, you will be able to request rooms in the Student Center and various other buildings on campus.
- Officers of registered student organizations may contact the reservations office directly or use the campus reservations form on MavSYNC (login required). You must be an officer of registered student organizations.
- Community members or students planning a class project are asked to contact the Reservations office directly.
Once your web user account has been activated, you'll have the freedom to reserve rooms that best suit your needs.
Virtual EMS Rooms:
Student Center (Ballroom, Nebraska Room, Aksarben Room and Second & Third Floor Meeting Rooms)
Various Public Spaces on Campus (Pep Bowl, Information Tables in Academic Buildings, etc.)

Weber Fine Arts Building
Roskens Hall Auditorium
Al Caniglia Stadium
Your reservation request or catering order is not guaranteed until you have received confirmation from the Catering or Reservations Offices.
