Organizational Development & Planned Change in the Public Sector
This course will introduce students to the field of Organizational Development (OD), its history and the theoretical models of change upon which OD processes are based. This course provides the student with both a theoretical understanding of the field of organization change and development and an opportunity to learn the skills pertinent to leading and managing change. It is designed to help the student facilitate organizational change and development within public sector and non-profit organizations.
