Piano Day

The UNO School of Music is pleased to announce the 2021 E-Virtual Piano Day, committed to bringing academic and artistic opportunities for student pianists to learn from outstanding piano teachers from all over the world. This action-packed day is structured by a series of masterclasses with the winners receiving a cash prize. A round-table discussion will take place in the afternoon.

Open to pianists enrolled in college or university.
As part of your application, you will be asked to submit a recording which contains two works of contrasting style demonstrating the musical and technical skills of the applicant. The recording should not exceed 15 minutes total.
Mail a check with a non-refundable application fee of $35 payable to “UNO School of Music - memo: Piano Day”
Complete an online application.
All accepted applicants will receive full tuition to participate in all activities.
Deadline to apply
Collegiate and Young Artist Divisions: October 22, 2021
Open to young pianists between ages 12 and 18.
