How to Schedule an Appointment

Step One: Complete Intake Form

  • Please complete the Legal Intake Form below
    • If you are unable to complete this for electronically, please print the Legal Intake Form and email it to unosls@unomaha.edu
  • If you have relevant and available documentation related to your legal matter (e.g., emails, tickets, citations, pictures), please email those to us at unosls@unomaha.edu.

Step Two: Submit Intake & Documentation to Student Legal Services

  • If you completed the below Legal Intake Form, you will recieve an email stating it's under review by one of our team members.
    • If you choose to not complete the form electronically, please complete and email the Legal Intake Form and email it to unosls@unomaha.edu, preferably from your University provided email address with any relevant and available documentation related to your legal matter (e.g., emails, tickets, citations, pictures).
  • Once your completed intake form is received, Student Legal Services staff will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to arrange an appointment.
    • If you do not hear from us in 48 hours time, please call us at 402.554.4859 or 402.554.7534.
  • Appointments are set for a duration of 30-60 minutes.

UNO students attend the first day of spring semester classes as temperatures on campus were below freezing on Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2025, at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in Omaha, Nebraska. Students bundled up for cold and some to refuge in Criss Library.
