How to Schedule an Appointment
Step One: Complete Intake Form
- Please complete the Legal Intake Form below
- If you are unable to complete this for electronically, please print the Legal Intake Form and email it to unosls@unomaha.edu
- If you have relevant and available documentation related to your legal matter (e.g., emails, tickets, citations, pictures), please email those to us at unosls@unomaha.edu.
Step Two: Submit Intake & Documentation to Student Legal Services
- If you completed the below Legal Intake Form, you will recieve an email stating it's under review by one of our team members.
- If you choose to not complete the form electronically, please complete and email the Legal Intake Form and email it to unosls@unomaha.edu, preferably from your University provided email address with any relevant and available documentation related to your legal matter (e.g., emails, tickets, citations, pictures).
- Once your completed intake form is received, Student Legal Services staff will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to arrange an appointment.
- If you do not hear from us in 48 hours time, please call us at 402.554.4859 or 402.554.7534.
- Appointments are set for a duration of 30-60 minutes.
