Bio
Hi, my name is Dawsen Ragone, and I am running for a senator position to represent the College of Public Affairs and Community Service. I am an Aviation major with a concentration in professional flight. I have been with the program for over a year now. I am the Vice President of Membership Development for Sigma Phi Epsilon and have maintained an active presence during my time with the Fraternity. Through the fraternal experience I have acquired invaluable leadership skills, community service hours, and insight to how a student organization can benefit student-life.
The reason I am running for senate position is because I want to be an asset to this university. I am interested in the opportunities and experience I can gain as senator for the College of Public Affairs and Community Service. As a Senator I will be looking for ways to improve the student experience; capitalizing on the improvements made by previous senators. I will be an outlet to other students of the college. Acting as a voice for the members of my college, I will spearhead initiatives which better the lives of students. Ultimately, I will continue the trend of success created by Student Government, finding new improvements to made around every corner of this exciting journey.
