Ensure a Smooth and Successful Photo Session

Here are some general guidelines:

  • Arrival Time: Please ensure that your entire team arrives 10 minutes before your scheduled shoot time. We aim to stay on schedule and will not be able to wait for late team members.

  • Duration: Each session is approximately 15 minutes, so please allocate a minimum of 30 minutes for arrival, photography, and any adjustments.

  • Attire: We recommend wearing UNO branded polos if available. If UNO branded attire is not accessible, please opt for clothing in solid colors such as black, gray, or white. Avoid clothing with graphics, patterns, or other brand logos.

Headshots During Walk-In Headshot Hour

Headshots will not be taken during the group photo. To have your headshot taken, please come to walk-in headshot hour, which is every Wednesday from 3:30 to 4:30 P.M. in the UNO photo studio. The photo studio is in the Eppley Administration Building, room 106K.
