The UNO flag lowered, blowing in the breeze while on a flag pole.

The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) flag will be lowered on April 30 in memory of Jerry Parriott who recently passed away. The thoughts and condolences of the university community are with Jerry's loved ones during this time.

About Jerry

Jerry was a Grant Financial Officer in the Nebraska Business Development Center (NBDC). He began his career with NBDC on Feb. 3, 2010.

Jerry is survived by his mother, Betty Parriott; brother, Jeffrey Parriott; nieces and nephew, Maddison (Brady) Noble and their children, Brackan and Archie, Mason (Emily) Parriott and their children, Emma and Rae, and Morgan Parriott.

A Celebration of Life will be held on May 2 at StoneBridge Christian Church (Omaha Campus), 15801 Butler Ave., Omaha, Nebraska, 68116.
