Clickers, sometimes referred to as a classroom response system, can be used in a variety of ways to increase student engagement.
With clickers, instructors have the ability to assess learning, report student progress indicators and see measurable gains in retention and learning. Faculty interested in this technology may also choose to use simple polling software instead.

Getting Started
Most Clicker providers will provide an instructor kit free of charge. If your Clicker provider has an integration with Canvas, please contact Information Technology Services at 402.554.4357 or unohelpdesk.unomaha.edu for assistance.
Training Available for Faculty
Currently UNO does not have a standardized Clicker provider. Faculty interested in using Clicker technology with their students are encouraged to contact the Clicker provider for direct support.
