Steven Andraschko has served as the chairman of the Army Clemency and Parole Board since October 2011.
He is responsible for the oversight and conduct of army clemency and parole board hearings for soldiers confined in Department of Defense Corrections System facilities and those transferred to the Federal Bureau of Prisons for incarceration, as well as soldiers on parole or mandatory supervised release.
Andraschko also served as a military police officer in the U.S. Army for over 29 years, retiring as a colonel in 2005. He earned a master's degree in criminology from the University of Nebraska Omaha, and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and the U.S. Air War College.
Andraschko was elected to serve a four year term as a commissioner on the American Correctional Association’s Commission on Accreditation of Corrections in January 2013
