UNO Criminal Justice Leaders Invited to Deliver 2025 MCJA Keynote

The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) continues its longstanding leadership in criminal justice scholarship through its deep ties to the Midwestern Criminal Justice Association (MCJA). A founding member institution, UNO hosted the first MCJA conference in Omaha in 1977.

Today, that legacy continues as Drs. Nix and Richards serve on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Crime & Justice, MCJA’s flagship publication, and were invited to deliver the 2025 keynote address. MCJA, a regional affiliate of the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences, brings together researchers, academics, and practitioners to advance collaboration and innovation in criminal justice across the Midwest and beyond.
