About the Search 

The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) and the College of Business Administration (CBA) seek an innovative, results-oriented leader to serve as the next dean of the college, starting in 2026.

The next dean will guide the CBA in shaping an innovative and collaborative path forward, building on its strong foundation. This leader will foster innovation in research and creative activity, lead strategic efforts to strengthen enrollment and student outcomes, and cultivate strong ties between the college and the greater Omaha community. With a deep commitment to student, faculty, and staff success, the dean will be a strong advocate for CBA’s academic programs and strategic priorities.
