Awards List

Outstanding Commitment to Service Award
Service is the cornerstone to being a Maverick. The Outstanding Commitment to Service Award is awarded to a student organization that has demonstrated exceptional commitment to promoting the public good and service to the community.

Student Organization Advisor of the Year Award
A great advisor can truly take a student organization to the next level. The Student Organization Advisor of the Year Award is awarded to a faculty, staff, or graduate advisor of a student organization who has had a positive impact on their associated student organization and demonstrates a strong ability to cultivate learning and growth in student leaders.

Student Organization Initiative of the Year Award
How does your organization advance its mission outside of just meeting? The Student Organization Initiative of the Year Award is awarded to a student organization (or more in the case of a collaborative initiative) who successfully conceives, plan, and executes a program, event, or other initiatives that has demonstrated a meaningful impact on its audience.
