The UNO flag lowered, blowing in the breeze while on a flag pole.

The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) flag will be lowered on Sept. 28 in memory of Sonia Green, who recently passed away. The thoughts and condolences of the university community are with Sonia's loved ones during this time.

About Sonia

Sonia was an UNO retiree, and held an unknown position title (as historic records are no longer
available). She began her career at UNO on Sept. 1, 1965 and retired on Sept. 1, 1996.
