UNO Celebrates Highest Number of Summer Graduates in Recent Years

More than 500 Mavericks graduated this summer.

This summer, 510 Mavericks graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO), becoming the newest members of the alumni network and beginning the next chapter of their journey!

This number marks the largest graduating summer class in recent years:

  • 2026: 510 graduates
  • 2025: 408 graduates
  • 2024: 431 graduates

Of the 510 graduates, 309 were undergraduate students and 201 were graduate students. 11 students participated in undergraduate certification offerings, and 28 in graduate certification offerings.

The summer graduates list is now available for publication.

Students who received academic honors are so indicated.

Quick Reference

  • Cum Laude: GPA of 3.51 - 3.62
  • Magna Cum Laude: GPA of 3.63 - 3.86
  • Summa Cum Laude: GPA of 3.87 and above

Extra Muros distinctions are so indicated for those students with transfer credits who have not completed the required 60 semester hours of credit within the University of Nebraska (NU) System required for cum laude, magna cum laude, or summa cum laude honors.
