UNO Human Resources: New Hiring System, SuccessFactors, to Go Live on Sept. 2

The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) Office of Human Resources is going live with its new hiring and onboarding system, SuccessFactors, on Sept. 2. SuccessFactors will replace PeopleAdmin for job postings and applications.
SuccessFactors will simplify the hiring process from job posting to onboarding, offering:

A centralized dashboard for requisitions and candidate tracking

Streamlined workflows and approvals
-
A guided onboarding experience for new hires
Full Timeline of SuccessFactors Transition
Everyone will have access to SuccessFactors on Sept. 2 when the tile becomes live in Firefly.

Throughout Aug. – Live trainings will be taking place to familiarize yourself with the new system. Sign up on Bridge.

Aug. 15 – UNO HR will stop posting new positions in PeopleAdmin at this time. Any positions approved after this date will be posted in SuccessFactors when it goes live on Sept. 2.

Aug. 25 – UNO HR will begin migrating any leftover PeopleAdmin positions to SuccessFactors.

Sept. 2 – Official SuccessFactors go live date.

Throughout Sept. – Daily drop-in assistance Zoom meetings for individuals and their departments to get one-on-one assistance with SuccessFactors.
