Learn about the process of becoming a UNO recruitment partner.

Process

All potential partners will be vetted with the UNO compliance office and import/export control prior to entering into a recruitment services agreement.

Agent Agreement Vetting and Approval Process

  1. Submit Recruitment Partner Questionnaire
  2. International Programs checks references submitted by recruitment partner
  3. International Programs requests zoom call with recruitment partner
  4. International Programs requests internal approval
  5. UNO signatories sign two copies of the agreement
  6. International programs sends agreement to recruitment partner for signatures
  7. Both parties retain a copy of the fully executed agreement

Training and Support

  • Access to the UNO Agent Resource Bank
  • Training for all newly signed recruitment partners
  • Regular newsletters detailing important updates and information
  • Regular communication with UNO
