Student billing statements generate on the last business day of each month and are due by the 23rd of the following month.

Currently enrolled students receive an email to their UNO email address indicating the bill is available to view on MavLINK. If you have not received your billing notification within five (5) working days of the billing date, please contact the Cashiering/Student Accounts Office at unocsa@unomaha.edu.

Pursuant to the Board of Regent’s policy, RP-5.3.1 Disciplinary Procedures, Failure to Pay Financial Obligations:

Beginning September 9, 2019, students with a financial hold at any of the University of Nebraska campuses: UNK, UNL, UNMC, UNO or NCTA, will no longer be eligible to enroll for classes until the issuing campus removes the hold. UNO cannot remove financial holds placed by other NU campuses.

Late Payment Fees

Any billed, unpaid charges are considered "past due." A hold is placed on the account and the past due balance may be subject to late payment fees. Each unpaid billing is subject to late payment fees for a given semester up to $200.00.

Failure to receive a statement does not exempt you from making the required payment or from the assessment of Late Payment Fees. Changes to your course schedule will not prevent late payment fees from being assessed and we will not send an adjusted billing. You must inquire about billing changes prior to the billing due date.

All unpaid billed charges left outstanding will result in the placement of a past due account balance hold. This hold will prevent future registration .
