Scaling and Up-Skilling Nebraska’s Cybersecurity Workforce

🎯 Project Focus: Cybersecurity threats are evolving rapidly, and Nebraska’s workforce must keep pace. NebraskaCYBER MATRIX—Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Threat Response Initiative for Cybersecurity Excellence—will establish a state-of-the-art AI-enabled Security Operations Center (SOC) and a cybersecurity bootcamp at UNO. These initiatives will provide hands-on training, build a pipeline of skilled cybersecurity professionals, and offer real-time cyber threat monitoring for regional businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions​.
