Concert Update

Blackbear with Marc E. Bassy, originally scheduled for April 2nd, has been rescheduled for October 15th at Baxter Arena. No ticket exchanges are necessary. All of the original 4/2/20 tickets sold through Ticketmaster will be honored for the new date.

Can I get a refund on my ticket if I can’t make the new date?

Customers who cannot attend the rescheduled date can get a refund at the original point of purchase.

The event was just updated a few hours ago and the refund mechanism may not available quite yet. That has been our experience with rescheduled Ticketmaster events that qualify for refunds during this unusual circumstance.

Due to the overwhelming number of postponements and reschedules the process has been much slower to move through the system. The is a link on the top of the Ticketmaster.com landing page call “Information Regarding the Cancellation and Rescheduling of Live Events” that has information regarding the refund process.

Keep in mind that once that once the refund is being processed, it can take 7-10 days for it to show on your account.

For questions, please call the Baxter Box Office at 402-554-6287.

I purchased a student ticket, but will have graduated by the new date. Is my ticket still valid?

All of the original tickets sold will be honored for the new date

Ticket Pricing

How much are tickets?

Tickets will be $15 for currently enrolled UNO students and $25 for everyone else. In order for students to get the special price, enter their Student ID (NUID) into the ‘offer code’ on the event page.

Will the ticket prices change?

Beginning 12:01AM on October 15, 2020, all tickets will be $25 and no code will not lower the ticket price. Tickets will be available to purchase online and through the Box Office.

General Ticket Information

How many tickets can I buy?

A maximum of four tickets can be purchased per person. No exceptions.

If I show my MavCard at the Box Office, can I get a $15 ticket?

No. The Box Office will only sell $25 tickets. This policy was implemented to make discounted tickets accessible to all currently enrolled UNO students and create a system to track how many students are purchasing for data and assessment purposes.

Can I pick my seat or is it General Admission?

All seats are assigned, including the floor. When you purchase tickets, you will select your seats based on availability.

Are there VIP tickets for sale?

No VIP tickets are available.

How many times can I use my Student ID (NUID) for the $15 tickets?

Your Student ID (NUID) can only be used for once. If you use it to buy two tickets and then want to go back and buy two more, you will not be able to purchase $15 tickets again.

Can I buy tickets for my friends who aren’t students?

There is a strict four ticket per person policy (maximum). This will enable you to buy tickets for you and your friends (UNO students or non-UNO students). Tickets can be purchased online.

Is accessible seating available?

Yes, accesssible seating is available and appropriately marked on ticketmaster.com. If you cannot find it on ticketmaster.com, please call the Baxter Box Office at 402.554.6287.

Ticketmaster

I'm trying to check out with my tickets, but it says I hit the limit. What do I do?

Some students have seen a prompt saying they exceeded the ticket limit when they actually haven't. Make sure you have Ticketmaster open on Chrome or Firefox. If you're still running into this issue, try downloading the Ticketmaster app and completing your purchase that way.

Do I need to make an account on Ticketmaster before buying tickets?

Yes, an account on ticketmaster.com must be created at some point in your ticket-buying process. We recommend that you create your account before tickets go on sale so that you’re all set up.

Are there fees associated with the tickets?

There will be a $1.50 fee on the $15 UNO student ticket and a $1.75 fee on the $25 non-UNO student ticket.

Where can I find the ‘offer code’ field?

During the presale period, the offer code field is on the top of the prompt box once you proceed past the queue. After the presale period, you can find the offer code area on the top right of the screen when you’re selecting tickets. You will see a small lock icon.

Why are there only mobile tickets available?

Most large concerts are moving towards mobile tickets; it's a best practice for shows of this caliber.

I purchased my ticket online but don't see a barcode. What do I do?

Barcodes are suspended on all online tickets until right before the show.

Ticketmaster isn't working. Who can I contact?

If you encounter any issues with ticketmaster, please contact the Baxter Box Office at 402.554.6287.
