The Teaching Analysis by Students (TABS) program is designed to assist instructors in identifying and effectively using their teaching strengths, isolating teaching problems, and developing improvement strategies to achieve professional growth.
TABS provides faculty with an opportunity to assess pedagogical strengths and weaknesses by requesting mid-semester student evaluations. All assessments are confidential and free.
TABS provides the faculty member with both qualitative and quantitative results. TABS reports include valuable information specific to the class currently taught with the opportunity to make changes within that class prior to the end of the semester.
Faculty members receive a confidential consultation with a trained TABS consultant, with results shared only with the faculty member.
There is a rolling deadline to register for TABS
Deadlines are outlined below:
- Week 6: Wednesday, Sept. 22
- Week 7: Wednesday, Sept. 29
- Week 8: Wednesday, Oct. 6
Applications are now open.
For application deadlines or more information, visit the TABS website.
