General questions about transcripts? Visit the Registrar's FAQ page.

Currently Enrolled Students

Students currently enrolled in Fall 2020 classes who wish to have all of their Fall 2020 grades posted to their transcript before it it sent out will need to select "Hold For Grades" when completing their transcript request form. Your transcript will then be sent out once all of your Fall 2020 courses are graded.

Graduating Students

Students graduating this semester and would like to have their December degree posted on their transcript before it is sent out will need to select "Hold for Degree" when ordering their official transcript. If selected, the transcript will be sent once all Fall 2020 grades and the December 2020 degree verifications are posted.

While the degree conferral date is Friday, Dec. 18, it can take up to three weeks after this conferral before the degree is able to be posted to a transcript.

How to Request a Transcript

Current students may request official transcripts by logging into MavLINK and clicking on the Academics drop-down link of the left side of the page. From there, they select Request Official Transcript from the menu.

Cost

There is $3 charge per transcript for students who are enrolled for the current semester at UNO. December 2020 graduates have until Feb. 16, 2021, to order a $3 transcript.
