Enrollment Checklist for Oct. 30 - Nov. 17

  • View your current benefit selections and make any desired changes. If no changes are made online, you will keep your current benefits plan.

  • Enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts. If no changes are made online, you will not be enrolled in the FSAs.

  • Complete the Health Risk Assessment. You must do this every year to receive the enhanced wellness and preventive services benefit for you and your covered dependents.

  • Designate your tobacco/nicotine status. If you do not complete the designation, it will default to tobacco/nicotine use which will result in higher premiums for the voluntary life insurance coverages.
