UNO Human Resources Announces New HR Hub

The new HR Hub, a SharePoint site only accessible by UNO employees, will provide a centralized location for the information and resources employees need.

The Office of Human Resources (HR) continues to seek out ways to better serve all employees of UNO.

Beginning July 1, 2023, Human Resources will roll out the HR Hub, a SharePoint site accessible by UNO Employees (faculty, staff, student workers/work study/GA’s) only. This secure site will ensure that the most current forms and guides are available for use. HR will be removing documents that are intended for internal use from the HR Website with the roll out of the Hub.


How to find the HR Hub

You can access the Hub through this link. You will be asked to sign into SharePoint using your single sign-on credentials. Without the direct link, you can find the Hub listed in the “About Us” menu of the HR website.

Once you sign in, you’ll be able to access the same information that you’re used to seeing on the HR website:

  • News and Announcements from Human Resources
  • Helpful Links (Peopleadmin, Bridge, Firefly, Benefits info.)
  • Team Contact Information
  • Forms and Reference Guides
  • Important dates to remember

Why did HR create the "HR Hub?"

  1. It makes information that should be exclusive to Mavericks secure (like forms, templates, etc.).
  2. It gives HR a centralized place for the information employees need and an easy way to find resources.
  3. It will give employees a place to find the most up-to-date guides, forms, and information.
  4. HR will now have a place to share announcements, outside of direct emails, and a place where they can be archived for reference.
