The Faculty and Staff Training (FAST) program is back for Spring 2026, and we want you to lead a session. FAST is professional development for UNO, by UNO. It’s powered by faculty and staff who know this campus best.
Why it Matters
FAST workshops help strengthen UNO’s workplace culture and support our mission of empowering people through learning. Whether you’ve got a practical tool, leadership insight, or personal experience to share, your know-how can help colleagues lead better, work smarter, and feel more supported. This is how Mavericks grow together. When we share what we know, we build a stronger, more connected UNO community.

Have an idea worth sharing? FAST is accepting 1-hour workshop proposals on:
- Leading teams and supervising effectively
- Building workplace knowledge and skills
