We perform evaluations for walking, running, balance, and strength for community members, both within and outside of UNO!

Walking and Running Assessment for Proper Footwear Selection

This includes an extensive biomechanical evaluation of your running or walking style to properly prescribe a shoe for you.

Muscular Strength and Endurance Assessment for Biomechanical Prescription

This test includes a thorough analysis of both muscular strength and muscular endurance utilizing the Biodex strength-testing machine.

Balance Assessment for Biomechanical Prescription

Balance is tested using the Neurocom Balance Manager and provides overall balance scores and scores based on different sensory systems.
