UNO Marketplace

  1. UNO
  2. Accounting Services
  3. Business Systems Technology
  4. UNO Marketplace

The Marketplace is a shared storefront option available to all departments to accept electronic payments for small events, seminars, workshops and invoices for collection.

The UNO Marketplace is a shared storefront located at https://commerce.cashnet.com/unocw. Your storefront page will be created by Business Systems & Technology with reference fields that will give you the necessary information you need for your participants/payers.

You will receive a URL that can be published on your website or sent to your prospective participants.

As payments come in, revenue will be deposited into your cost center each weekday two days after payment is made. You will receive automated reports from our system to let you know who has paid. These can be delivered daily, weekly or monthly. They can also be delivered on-demand by emailing our office.

Use of the Marketplace is free, but you will be charged the credit card fees we are assessed by the bank. These are generally between 2-5% depending on the type of card used and are charged after the end of each month when our bank statement is processed by the Controller's Office.

Marketplace payments are typically publicized as non-refundable to our payers. However, if you choose to refund some or all of a payment, you can do so as follows:

  1. For credit card payments (those with a payment status of 'C' and a payment code of CONFCC on your reports), send an email to unobst@unomaha.edu. Include the transaction number, recipient name, and amount of refund to be issued. (Credit card payments received more than 60 days ago will need to be refunded by warrant request as in option 2 below).
  2. For echeck payments (those with a payment status of 'C' and a payment code of ACHWEB on your reports), complete a manual warrant request online through Ariba. Please login to Firefly and choose SAP Ariba. Once there, select Procurement & Payment Forms followed by One Time Refund Form (Warrant Request).

To see a demo of the UNO Marketplace, please contact unobst@unomaha.edu.

To request a storefront on the Marketplace, please complete this form and return it to unobst@unomaha.edu.

Storefront requests may take a week to complete.
