You will be able to provide care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries, and sudden illnesses until emergency medical services (EMS) personnel take over.
Receive certifications for First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer and AED.
Must be at least 15 years of age to take the class.

The review course is designed to review the lifeguarding skills and core knowledge points required to for a two-year certification in American Red Cross Lifeguarding.
To participate in the review course, the individual must possess and provide proof of a current American Red Cross Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
Please note: If the Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR/AED certification is expired by more than 30 days, the participant must take the full Lifeguarding course.

The Lifeguarding Instructor (LGI) course trains instructor candidates to teach American Red Cross student-level courses, including Lifeguarding and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers.
Candidates must be 17 years or older and have a current American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification.

The Lifeguarding Instructor/Instructor Trainer review course is an abbreviated recertification course for currently certified (or expired no more than 1 year) instructors and instructor trainers.
The purpose of the course is to allow participants to review the course content and practice skills in a formal class setting and complete the final written exam to earn certification.

Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED
Learn to recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies involving both infants and adults and meet workplace requirements by taking this life saving course! This is a blended learning course including an online portion and an instructor-led classroom skill session. The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-class portion.
Allow approximately 3 hours and 50 minutes to complete the online portion. Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED valid for two years.

Basic Life Support
A Basic Life Support (BLS) course trains participants to recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies, particularly cardiac and respiratory arrest, by providing high-quality CPR, using an automated external defibrillator (AED), and relieving choking in adults, children, and infants. It's designed for healthcare professionals and others who may need to act in emergency situations.

Challenge Days
Instead of taking the full class, take part in a CPR challenge! This 20–40 minute (time depends on desired certifications) session requires registration and payment in advance. Drop in during select hours on October 21st-24th to renew your existing CPR certification. No review will
be provided; you will be given a scenario and show your skills! Successfully completing your challenge will recertify your certification(s) for another two years. Valid and current certification is required; cost ranges from $40-$55 and is based on desired certifications. Online review
information will be sent prior to the challenge days to review on your own. Those who do not complete the online review information will also be required to take a written exam. Those without existing certifications or those who have never been certified are not eligible for Challenge Days.
