Many of the UNO Campus Recreation facilities are available to rent. In accordance with our mission and goals, we offer a tiered fee base in order to best serve our primary audiences.

Pool Rental Information
We offer a fee-based rental system in order to best serve our primary audiences for the aquatic facility.
Rate includes a minimum of two (2) lifeguards (larger events will have three [3] lifeguards) and use of the Wet Classroom (129 H&K)

Outdoor Field Rate
$55/hour plus cost of lining fields if applicable (cost to be determined).
- The sliding rate scale is determined by the total number of hours contracted annually by the renter.
- Off-season rates May 1 to October 31 and indoor season Nov. 1-April 30.

UNO Students, Faculty, and Staff
- Our court and studio spaces are on a first come, first served basis, so we are unable to reserve them for independent usage.
- Complete all fields on the request form to ensure we can process your request in a timely manner.
- Please note that all attendees are required to have memberships or purchase guest passes. Please consider this when filling out the request form.
- Campus Recreation and Wellness will determine pricing for the space if necessary.
Student Organizations/Student Clubs
- Our court and studio spaces are on a first come first served basis, so we are unable to reserve them for independent usage.
- Per the Office of Student Leadership and Involvement, all requests for space inside H&K must be an approved event through MavSYNC. Please note that all requests for events in MavSYNC must be made within 14 days of the anticipated event. Once approved through the Office of Student Leadership and Involvement, a request can be made via Campus Recreation and Wellness’ online request form.
- Student Organizations/Clubs can reserve any studio or court space for up to four (4) hours, at no charge for one-off events, under Campus Recreation and Wellness’ discretion. Pricing can be given based on the number of attendees, time limit, and/or membership status.
- Complete all fields on the request form to ensure we can process your request in a timely manner.
- Please note that if you wish to host any fundraising efforts inside the H&K Building, Campus Recreation and Wellness does not allow money (excluding Campus Recreation and Wellness sales) to be exchanged on H&K’s Building property. Please ensure that all donations and/or registration fees are made before the event takes place.
- If any organization’s event/reservation is approved, please understand that Campus Recreation and Wellness cannot allow profits for the organization to be made while obtaining free space from Campus Recreation and Wellness.
On-Campus Partners
- Departments within UNO are allowed to reserve space in H&K at no charge if the department is partnering with Campus Recreation and Wellness to engage and promote both departments actively.
- Complete all fields on the request form to ensure we can process your request in a timely manner.
- Departments within UNO are still allowed to reserve space in H&K without partnering with Campus Recreation and Wellness, but it would be considered a rental. Please refer to the Campus Recreation and Wellness Rental Information tab for more information regarding policies and procedures.
