The InBody scan is a quick, non-invasive scan that provides a detailed breakdown of your body composition, like body fat percentage and muscle mass. Whether you're beginning your fitness journey or refining your routine, the InBody provides valuable insight to support your goals.

What to Expect with InBody Scan

  • Fast and straightforward: just stand on the device and hold the hand electrodes
  • Receive a full-page printout of your results
  • Get reliable data with no assumptions based on age, sex, or body type

How to schedule

  1. Fill out the personal training request form: UNO PT Request Form
  2. You will be contacted to schedule your scan.
