Whether you’re in it for the fun, the fitness, or the friendly rivalry, UNO Intramural Sports has something for everyone. We believe in fair play, great attitudes, and enjoying every game—win or lose.

Who Can Participate?

To be eligible to participate in the intramural sports program, the student, undergraduate or graduate, must be enrolled at UNO for a minimum of one credit hour, while the part-time or full-time faculty/staff member must purchase a current Campus Recreation membership.

Spouses of students, faculty, and staff members may participate provided they purchase a Campus Recreation membership. Any member who wants to play intramurals MUST purchase an IM Pass at shopwellness.unomaha.edu under the competitive sports tab. It is either $10 per semester or $15 for the entire year.
