The Maverick Maniacs are the official school spirit and student section at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. They create an engaging game day atmosphere through cheers and traditions that foster contagious energy and unite the entire UNO community. The Maniacs aim to motivate and energize Omaha athletes, students, and fans. They are a part of the Office of Spirit, Tradition, and Signature Events and are advised by Bill Pickett.
