As part of the University of Nebraska at Omaha’s ongoing commitment to student mental health, we are proud to partner with the Jed Foundation (JED), a national leader in emotional well-being and suicide prevention. Through the JED Campus program, we will strengthen our approach to mental health, substance misuse, and suicide prevention. Together, we aim to build a lasting culture of well-being, hope, and resilience for every Maverick.

UNO’s partnership with JED Campus means we are working with The Jed Foundation’s evidence-based program to assess and strengthen our campus-wide approach to student mental health, wellbeing, substance use, and suicide prevention, building a strategic, data-driven framework that enhances support systems for every Maverick.
