UNO students can spend a semester at universities throughout the US and Canada while still working towards their UNO degree. Rolling applications for 100s of universities are being accepted until available placements are filled.

2023 UNO Education Abroad January Session Statistics

  • Mavericks studied in Australia, Chile, Costa Rica, Czechia, The Dominican Republic, Finland, France, Italy, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Yellowstone National Park, USA

  • 58 students studied abroad/away in January Session 2022

  • Costa Rica and Yellowstone were the top destinations for students

  • 43 students participated in Global Courses, and 15 students chose Affiliate Provider or Exchange programs
