Rooms and Capacities

Both Rooms

Floor plan of a rectangular conference room measuring 32 feet 6 inches by 19 feet 4 inches. The layout shows two curved rows of tables with sixteen chairs total, facing a screen at one end. A catering table is placed near the screen, and a mobile whiteboard is positioned at the opposite end. Non-tackable sound baffling panels line the longer walls, and the room has a labeled capacity of 16.

Cost of Meeting Spaces

  • The CEC offers free meeting spaces for eligible groups and events during Monday through Friday.
