Hosted by the University of Nebraska at Omaha, the goal of the Community Symposium on Prison Education includes, but is not limited to:
-advocating for access to quality higher education in prison;-fostering collalboration among individuals, agencies, organizations, and community partners;
-providing a forum for shared dialogue, knowledge, ideas, and experiences;
-highlighting the resources, programs, services, and intiatives for currently and formerly incarcerated students.
