  • Leadership Major Requirements (36 credits):
    • Foundational Seminars:
      • MLTI 3000 – Foundations Seminar (3 credits)
      • MLTI 4000 – Capstone Seminar (3 credits)
    • Leadership Competencies (12 credits):
      • PA 3900 – Introduction to Integrated Leadership
      • PHIL 3070 – Leadership Ethics in Practice
      • CMST 2410 – Small Group Communication and Leadership
      • PA 4530 – Strategic Planning
    • Leadership Context (18 credits):
      • This block allows you to tailor your education to your interests or career goals. Students complete 18 credit hours of advisor-approved coursework that provide either:
      • A breadth of knowledge across leadership domains, or
      • A deep dive into one area of focus
  • General Education: 34 credits
  • Electives: 50 credits
