Occupational Health and Diversity Lab
The Occupational Health and Diversity Lab focuses on occupational health psychology (e.g., safety climate and behavior, safety and health training, psychological well-being), diversity and inclusion (e.g., diversity climate, discrimination, workplace mistreatment), and quantitative methodologies (e.g., social network analysis, machine learning, meta-analysis).
