The Occupational Health and Diversity Lab focuses on occupational health psychology (e.g., safety climate and behavior, safety and health training, psychological well-being), diversity and inclusion (e.g., diversity climate, discrimination, workplace mistreatment), and quantitative methodologies (e.g., social network analysis, machine learning, meta-analysis).

Our lab consists of both graduate and undergraduate students. The minimum requirement is a GPA of 3.5 or higher. To apply to be a research assistant to Dr. Yimin He, please complete this Google Docs application form and upload your resume with your application.
