Scope
Through Executive Memorandum Number 14, the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska has delegated signature authority to appropriate individuals on the university campus.
Policy Statement
To facilitate university business, the delegation of administrative authority to approve certain types of contracts as stated in Memorandum Number 14.
Reason for Policy
Executive Memorandum 14 dictates university authority to approve and execute contracts.
