  • Conduct budget and fiscal analysis of Academic Affairs college programs and units
  • Distribution of GA Health Insurance, TLC Faculty payments, AAUP buyouts
  • Review and approve PAFs for full-time faculty and staff
  • Maintain and distribute AAUP faculty roster
  • Assist unit leaders with budget development and resource management
  • Completion of complex PAFs for AA Office

Biography

Brooke works closely with the Assistant Vice Chancellor and Director of Academic Financial Planning, to provide guidance to administrators, faculty, staff, and students in fiscal management, unit budget and financial data analysis. Brooke also supports college administration and business managers with insurance allocations, guidance on PAF completion, and compliance with faculty compensation. She works collaboratively to develop and implement procedures and champion process improvements that assure adherence to best business practices. Brooke ensures that Academic Affairs complies with policies, procedures, guidelines, and state and federal laws.
