Teng-Wen Chang is the Visiting Scholar of the Global Digital Governance Lab during 2017-2018. He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Management and Policy at TungHai University in Taiwan. His research interests are in the area of digital governance, risk management, collaborative governance, innovation in government, and public opinion and big data.
