Spiritual Wellness is expanding one’s sense of purpose and meaning in life.
Spiritual Wellness has to do with identifying a core set of beliefs, which can help to guide decision-making and other faith-based endeavors. Spiritual wellness recognizes and respects that not everyone will function under the same guiding principles.
Some may find their spiritual home in religious faith, while others may find their spiritual home in nature or meditation. Spiritual wellness is not one-size-fits-all, what works for someone else might not be helpful for you. It is important to find a spiritual place that supports you.

Why is Spiritual Wellness Important?
Spiritual Wellness can increase feelings of hope and help us to find resilience during difficult times. Spiritual wellness can provide community and support, a sense of connection to those of a similar purpose. Connecting to our spiritual side can help to reduce anxiety, stress, and depression. Additionally, finding a purpose to life is known to enhance overall quality of life.
