Each of the eight dimensions of wellness (environmental, spiritual, intellectual, occupational, social, financial, physical, and emotional) will be represented throughout the fair. Plus, tons of great giveaways and free chair massage.
Campus Recreation enhances quality of life through fun and diverse recreational and leisure opportunities.
Health Services offers on-campus health care such as doctor visits, immunizations, and insurance.
The Adaptive Sports Program introduces student athletes to the game of wheelchair basketball through a competitive environment.
The UNO Wellness Coalition addresses current health and wellness issues relevant to the UNO community by bringing together students, faculty, and staff to create a long-range action plan.
