How to Report an Incident or Concern

- When a report is filed, it will be routed to an appropriate university contact
- Reports will be handled as promptly and discreetly as possible
- Facts will only be made available to those who need to investigate and resolve the matter
- The university does not tolerate or condone retaliation toward individuals making a report of concern in good faith
