Omaha, NE – Small business owners, do you feel like it's tough to be found on Google? Do you wish you could reach more customers online through Google? You can!

Nebraska Business Development Center along with GROW Nebraska are bringing, Get Your Business Online Workshop to Omaha. It is scheduled for Thursday, October 18 at the Thompson Alumni Center in Omaha from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. During this workshop get hands-on help, take advantage of a free website and explore Google My Business, a free tool for local businesses who want to connect with customers on Google Search and Maps. The workshop will also show you how customers find your business online and how to promote your online presence using search engine optimization (SEO) and online advertising. We’ll introduce tools that will help you run your business online, including Google Analytics and Trends. In addition, the workshop will touch on keeping your data safe and how to best implement security awareness training within your organization.

Get Your Business Online Workshop Google speaker is Stasia Kudrez. Her web development career began in the early 1990s. After working agency-side for 12 years, she applied her skills and experience to education. She’s been speaking for Google since 2005, appearing at hundreds of events on Google’s behalf, training thousands of people across the world.
