If you are a Maverick studying mathematics, you can study abroad!

At UNO, we believe study abroad is for everyone. That's why UNO Education Abroad and the UNO Department of Mathematics have teamed up to share the global learning programs that fit best with your major or minor.

UNO Exchange

The programs marked 'UNO Exchange' are UNO's partner schools, where students can study at a university abroad but pay tuition and fees at UNO. Paying tuition and fees at home instead of to the host university keeps costs affordable, and students are able to pay the UNO rates they are already used to. This option allows students to apply for tuition scholarships, Nebraska Promise, federal and state grants, and loans towards the program expenses.

ISEP Exchange

Programs marked 'ISEP Exchange' indicate they are part of the ISEP Exchange Network, a global network of universities that includes UNO and hundreds of institutions worldwide. On an ISEP Exchange, students pay their tuition and fees, housing, and meal plan expenses at UNO. Another student in the ISEP network takes a UNO student's place at UNO for the semester- studying, living, and eating.

The UNO student then takes the place of a student at their chosen university, where their studies, housing, and meals have been paid for by a local student. This option allows students to apply for tuition scholarships, Nebraska Promise, federal and state grants, and loans towards the program expenses.

Affiliate Partners

Programs marked 'Affiliate Partner' are organized through UNO's partner organizations, and provide many unique study opportunities around the world. These programs are not billed through UNO, but students can still receive and apply Nebraska Promise and their federal and state grants and loans towards the program cost and can apply for the affiliate partner's scholarship offerings.

Rather, this list includes some of the best matches academically where a student could take a full course load in mathematics taught in English. If you are looking for a destination or timeframe not included in the list, please contact UNO Education Abroad to further explore your options.
