About Stephani
Stephani is a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner. She received her M.S. in clinical mental health counseling from South Dakota State University and completed her field work training with Creighton University.
She has a passion for helping college students navigate life transitions and values the significant impact support services have on students. Prior to coming to UNO, she worked in community mental health.
Stephani uses trauma-informed practices and a strengths-based approach to address an individual’s goals. She tends to integrate mindfulness, values work, and acceptance-commitment therapy.
In her free time, Stephani enjoys being active outside, exploring different foods, and spending time with family.
