As we approach the midpoint of the semester, CAPS would like to acknowledge the variety of stressors students may be facing in addition to academic pressures. Personal, community, national, and international stressors can impact mental health, and we want to remind you that CAPS is here to help.

We welcome all students to reach out for support through CAPS services such as individual counseling, support groups, and referrals to other resources.

You are not alone. Please don’t hesitate to call us at 402.554.2409 to set up an appointment.

CAPS Services are available to all enrolled (in-person or online) UNO students.

CAPS offers free, confidential counseling and other services in person, via phone, and using telehealth.
