SCTF is currently open for applications

The Student Conference Travel Fund provides support to undergraduate and graduate students to present their work at conferences or meetings.

Guidelines

Proposals are only reviewed for students who have been accepted, or expect an acceptance letter to be forthcoming, to present at a conference or meeting.

A letter of invitation/approval from the conference or meeting host must be uploaded with the application OR with the contract.

No funding will be released without a letter of acceptance to present.

Deadlines

SCTF applications for graduate and undergraduate student travel to present at conferences or meetings may be submitted year-round and are due the first working day of each month, beginning in July 2025.
