The SCTF application is now open for AY 2026-2027
The Student Conference Travel Fund provides support to undergraduate and graduate students to present their work at conferences or meetings.
SCTF is now accepting applications. Proposals are due the first working day of each month.

Guidelines
Proposals are only reviewed for students who have been accepted, or expect an acceptance letter to be forthcoming, to present at a conference or meeting. You may apply before receiving your official acceptance.
A letter of invitation/approval from the conference or meeting host must be uploaded with the application OR with the contract.
No funding will be released without a letter of acceptance to present.
After a contract has been signed for your award, it can take up to 60 working days to release funding. Please plan to submit your proposal as early as possible to avoid delays.

Deadlines
SCTF applications for graduate and undergraduate student travel to present at conferences or meetings may be submitted year-round and are due the first working day of each month, beginning in August 2026.
Faculty advisor signatures are due by 5PM the following day. Proposals will not be reviewed until they have finished routing and have a faculty advisor signature.
